Have you eaten less of a food and felt better physically?

Salt. When I watch my sodium intake I'm not as sluggish and feel better overall. I don't wake up with my mouth and skin feeling like paper.

@AprilBaby042 Reducing my sugar intake has had the same effect for me.

@amObsolete I need to reduce my sugar intake too. It just hasn't been as easy as the salt for me.

@AprilBaby042 I use negative reinforcement. I associate sugary foods with the lethargy and horrible dry mouth I get when I eat them. This has worked for me.

@amObsolete high fat, high protein and low carbs. I follow a Keto plan. Lots of good fats and proteins. You should look into it. Easy once ya get the hang of it

Sugar and simple carbs..white flour. All make me ill. I avoid them.

@SW-User Very similar experience for me.

Or stopped entirely.

Like gluten foods. I have celiac disease.

And my body yells at me real quick if a good labelled non gluten is a lie.

Just food diary what you eat and how it makes you feel.... work it from there.

Not a specific food that I’m aware of. Eating healthier has a tremendous effect on energy etc. I feel like I’m starving but energy is up, vs feeling full and bloated wanting to be a couch potato.

It depends on my physical activity. I try to burn around what I eat. Or eat around what I burn rather.
