Those who celebrate Passover ,what will you be making for dinner ?

The real chicken soup with matzoh balls that have the fried chicken skins and onions inside them? I love that!😋
As you probably know: The key to a great chicken stock is boil the kosher bones for at least 2 hours, three is best.
Also you need to add onion, carrot, a bit of celery, a bit of red pepper, and if you want other veggies for flavour, parsnip is good. Then, you can remove them if you want it to be a clear broth. It means you'd probably cook them inside a cheesecloth.
Also, enough salt and a bit of black pepper if you want it.
The real treat are the matzoh balls with the goodies inside. INCREDIBLE! My dear Mama's recipe.

I love my Kugel. I make sweet, with lots of apples and cinnamon.

Potato latkes, never met a latke I didn't like ;) 😋 I love it with fatty sour cream and/or special apple sauce: my Mama's recipe 💓🍏.

You can also make instead of a whole chicken: small Cornish hens, very simple and they melt on my tongue!

I usually buy a few cans of macaroons, they are GF and real tasty! I like matzo ball soup too, and see that someone now has GF ones so I may investigate that further...
