What's for dinner?

@SW-User I do sometimes, depending on my plans for them. These weren't though, wanted the more unadulterated flavour. That does sound delicious though.

@AmbivalentFriability A mix of mozzarella and cave aged cheddar with sourdough bread crumbs and some seasonings. Broiled crispy then baked for a bit to give them a chance to cook. Really could've been done in reverse order too but I prefer the mushrooms a little more on the moist side with just a touch of crispy on top.
