@tiggerandariel13 Well that's worth the price of hospital food. Although some hospitals have pretty good food nowadays. The one where we have our babies has great food.

Spray the frying pan with cooking spray, add 3 T butter and cook over medium. When butter melts put salmon skin side down, and sprinkle the top completely with McCormick's Cajun seasoning. Cook 6 minutes, flip, and reduce heat to low. Butter is brown, and seasoning side turns that beautiful dark brown.
