I tried to throw my empty juice box across the room into the trash and I missed and hit my sister instead.

@Andrew19EightyFive I have a freakishly superhuman memory but I'm terribly sleep deprived right now, and have had a pretty rough day, so I'm kinda shot.

This one medical professional told me something like: the strobes coming off a screen, or maybe some light emitted (blue light maybe?) keeps you awake; don't look at a screen at least 1, maybe 2 hours before going to bed.

Oh, and in relation to that cinnamon and honey thing I linked the other day/night, raw honey is apparently better as it seems some of the nutrients or properties haven't degraded or been destroyed due to baking or boiling or something.

I've been having trouble lately with sleeping, but it seems the honey and cinnamon thing has been helping me sleep. Seems to make me feel sleepy or more like going to bed after taking it.
