Who knew coffee icing on banana cake would be a match made in heaven?

Might be good. I once made a banana cake without a recipe and put raisins and nuts and cinnamon in it, and made a cream cheese icing....took it to work and got some raves, one worker wanted to take the leftovers and I let him have it. You never know till you try.
