I wanna know, have u ever tasted fried turkey before ?

This is perhaps one of the most underrated dishes in the whole wide world. There is nothing that beats fried turkey meat hands down. You might wanna add some gourmet mashed potatoes and stuffing with that now . What do ya think. How many of you ever had fried turkey before. ☺

It can be really good, but it's a pain in the neck to cook with all that oil, and not worth the trouble for one bird.

@Zonuss there's a church nearby that does them for a fundraiser. I'd go that route, or, if you really want to do it yourself, cook some more for your friends and split the peanut oil cost.

Or, there are now oilless friers, but I haven't tried them.
