Any cooks in the house?

Trying to make a good stuffing for a turkey I'm making for a few friends, how does this sound:
Beef sausage, steak, ripped up french bread, and cooked onions
as for the spices: Salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and parsley.

Any additions?

Seem nice.

As for me, no bread. I stuff the turkey with ground meat + few diced potatoes, oinions, apples and nuts. Some orange juice too and broth. All the spices that you wrote + cinnamon and nutmeg.

I always stick with a tradition al dressing. You aren't using any eggs? 🤔

@Barelygettingby I don't really need it to stick together(it makes the texture a tad bit funky). Plus I want those tasty sausage, beef, and turkey juices to soak into the turkey's white meat
