@Mondayschild Better be careful, my sister was a nurse and she knew I like garlic and she would tell me to be careful cause you can OD on it and thin your blood too much even if you aren't on blood thinners...ginger is the same way. I have to be careful to watch myself when I eat crystallized ginger that I make, can eat it like candy.

Garlic is not only used in first world problems, it is probably even more important in non-first world regions due to the healing properties.
