@BlueMetalChick either is fine my preference is hot Cocoa made with milk instead of water - it tastes richer.

But if it’s going to have whip cream it can’t be made with water or the taste is off (for me)

I’d prefer marshmallows over whip any day

@KaysHealingPath I dunno how I feel about marshmallows. Sometimes I like them, and sometimes I don't. It's like I can't make up my mind.

My favorite wintertime drink is a specialty I call the Boris Karlov. It's two parts hot cocoa and one part vanilla cream, with mint chantilly stirred in, a head of whipped cream, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
