How many times a week do you eat in restaurants?

3-4 days a week in the office cafeteria then 2 (possibly 3) nights a week with the fam. That really seems like too much.

Once or twice a month..I prefer to cook my own food

Sometimes I go a month without eating at a restaurant, and most weeks maybe one time a week, my cheat meal for the week cause I get a lot of different veggies including starchy ones.

In and from are very different for me. I tend work a lot of hours, so it is rare that I eat in them. Usually it's on the go.

I hardly ever go out. I enjoy preparing my own meals. Then I'm assured of what I'm eating.

Can be nice but I prefer to cook :)
