I Love Sunday Mornings

I usually enjoy very early sunday mornings in my kitchen having breakfast with my mother.

My father usually wakes up later. He is 90.

This morning my mother is still in bed. She isn't feeling well.

So my sunday morning is alone and preparing her a cup of tea.


She concerns me a lot.

She used to be so, so strong but since my sister died, my mother has taken a bad bashing in every sense.

I feel the emptiness of the kitchen without my mother.
