I dont trust anyone now [I Have Trust Issues]

When i started work so many years ago i trusted some i worked with with my personal secret. They promised not to tell anyone but like everyone i have ever trusted they betrayed me. The same has happened in every job i have had until now. I have not told anyone in my company and as i work alone i see no need to tell anyone. It would be nice to have someone to talk to that may understand but i wont take the risk
