I Stress and I Stress and I Stress

At work all during the week a client asked a question that I could not answer so instead of waiting for me to research a solution they called tech support and 10 million people got involved and the confusion began. A senior colleague kinda sorta but not really resolved it and my manager starts e-screaming that someone from tech needs to call the customer again b/c they still keep calling. Crickets on email chain so I get back involved and stated that no one from tech had called the customer back so I will find solution then a higher up kinda called me out for not handing my territory and saying it's not techs job anyway. Then I emailed the manufacturer at the suggestion of tech support and got fussed at for going outside our organization. I feel so much stress. Stress my head is spinning. I hate looking bad. Stress ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! Cant shut off brain
