@karly He’s IS the father of modern psychology. You can google it. Other than that, the only other person is Sigmund Freud, but his work was in the early twentieth century.

@DudeistPriest a good portion of clinical psychology is just manipulation and misdirection anyways; many people become a psychologist are more screwed up than their patients and do so to understand their own screwed up past/family, and it makes them feel more powerful/in-control when they psycho analyze other people...
