If I knew the outcome I may have reacted different

My ex wife fell in love with a Nigerian con man when she finally told me about this all I googled and showed her what I found honestly expecting her to see the truth but nope he told her that was someone who stole his identity it still baffles me a bit how someone could just not accept the truth but oh well years ago now
