I Am Concerned About Climate Change

Don’t tell me there is anyone that actually still believes climate change isn’t real
It’s impossible to say that it isn’t real since it’s so hot

Its hard to ignore the fact that in 30 years or less we'll all be swimming or glowing in the dark.
MarineBob · 56-60, M
@Thevy29 didn't someone else say that about 30 years ago
Thevy29 · 41-45, M
@MarineBob The way I heard it. 30 years ago some boffins had declared that if we didn't do anything right away then. Climate change would be inevitable and catastrophic to our way of life. So what did we do. We waited to see if it was true or not.
It's kind of like going skydiving and throwing your parachute out first and jumping after it 30 seconds later... It's gonna be messy.

Al Gore says it's real and needs your money

Al Gore? What has he to do with the World overheating?
Reverend · M
@MarineBob 30 years ago I thought we were being warned of the coming ice age.

i agree it does seem to get hotter in the summer than it once did

Only Americans don't believe that cc is real
CountScrofula · 41-45, M
Well it can also be cold when there's climate change. Climate change means the planet heats up and your local weather goes crazy.

BUT I mean... it's still there and the heat waves are a part of it. Stay cool :\

@CountScrofula yeah I think some people say it’s more like unpredictable weather then just global warming
CountScrofula · 41-45, M
@Ellie65StarRoberts It's both - global warming makes the weather go crazy

@MarmeeMarch Is that a way of saying the current 115 degrees F in France, glaciers melting in Greenland, Switzerland and the Himalayas isn't normal?
