@xuxuguinhu9 Thank you for your response. Is there anything I can do if I am forced to look at them for instance during a meeting where we are forced to have a conversation and it says in my work guide lines that I must look the costumer in the eyes? What should I do? Is there anything I can say to make them feel better?

Thank you. I've tried those things but the work guide lines say I am not allowed to drink water 24/7 and look at the clock etc. They want me to look the customer in the eyes the whole time. Is there any way to save the situation even though I am looking him/her in the eyes? Can I say something to make them feel better? @xuxuguinhu9

ty. but I can't say that for my boss either. Is there anything else I can tell them to make them less angry? They all seem angry imo. @xuxuguinhu9
