I Got An Interview

I had a group interview, that included a few "get to know you" questions, and a role play concerning customer service and selling and item.......Anyway, that i passed.....to the personal interview scheduled for another date..which i didnt get through..but i got far, my CV was good enough to get a group interview, my group interview was good to see me through to a face to face interview......Anyway a jobs came up at the same place...and after all ive said..i only want to ask...Do you think managers remember you when you apply again?..do you think after your first interview they pass judgement and give you no chance from there onwards??
