I Am Quiet But Not Shy

I'm rarely ever outgoing but it's not because I'm shy, I've just always preferred to keep to myself and go about my own business. But I have plenty of friends and if someone initiates a conversation with me, I can be sociable and well-spoken about it. Some think it's strange for me to be the quiet type even though I can converse with people just fine but hey, that's just me.
