I Struggle With My Body Image

I get fat very easily. I was feeling proud of myself when I lost 3 kilos within a month. But I fell ill again and got this hacking cough. I cough real bad even after climbing 4 flights of stairs. Three weeks of no exercise and my weight was shooting up even after I skipped lunch. I already can feel my clothes tight and my confidence draining away as I pose for photos. I don't feel like going out even for a doctor's appointment because my clothes remind me of my weight gain. *Sigh* I have a problem.

You don't need to exercise. It's what you eat and how many times a day. I don't exercise, all I do is eat 2 or 3 meals a day (no snacking) and fast at night and I've lost weight without trying. If you eat healthy fat, no sugar or wheat the weight will fall off. Only if you eat when you are actually hungery. Not emotional hunger. There's a podcast all about this by a doctor if you are interested I will link it to you.
