Do you actually know your height or just say a rough estimate when people ask?

I honestly can't say I've ever actually measured my height

I do. I measured when I was way younger - in my teenage years - and then, just a few years ago as I hear that people lose height when they get older...and sure enough, between 1/4" and 1/2" I'd lost....

So...in a nutshell....Yes!
