Small for me. Though I know there are some very sweet big dogs, too. I like the portability of small dogs, the way they fit into my small house.

The smaller the animal the better for me. The larger the animal the bigger threat they are to life and limb. Even if they hurt someone by accident. They don't know their own strength.

I like most breeds, so that includes many sizes. I have lived with various sizes of dogs too.

I’ve always preferred big dogs, but some small dogs win my heart over fairly easily.

I like all sizes of dogs, as individuals. I've met some dogs of all sizes, that I haven't particularly liked. All of my own for life dog companions, though, have been smallish.
