I Accept Responsibility For My Own Actions

Another night spent destroying myself with thoughts and feelings, everything I am going through is my fault, I deserve this hell I'm in

Sometimes you'll be in a state where those thoughts and feelings feel so "right" that you won't want to disagree with them or counter them in any way. But sometimes you'll be in a place where you get that those thoughts and feelings are bullshit. They have a grain of truth, but they're so ridiculously incomplete and one-sided that they might as well be 100% lies.

When you're in that place, you get the choice to counter the thoughts/feelings with the truth, or to just let them be. What you do with that choice is up to you.

I must I keep ending up in shitty places in life and I'm the only one navagating the course, so it must be my fault, and maybe why I keep ending up in these places is life's way of saying I belong here.

mostly about things that I cant change, what I think and how I feel, my mind and heart think and feel what THEY choose, and I am left to sit and deal with it

Have you considered thinking about what you can change (yourself) with the same level of intensity? In matters of the heart we can't change how a person perceives us unless we change ourself. The odds of changing things out of your control increase when you change the only variable that you can control, yourself. In other words use your overly stimulated brain in a way that gives you the most control over any situation is helpful to you because you will get the desired result and/or realize it doesn't matter as much as you thought. Be content with yourself and realize it's you that chooses what to think. Also this isn't easy to do but it's worth it.
