well I don't feel very courageous, I in fact feel weak and useless.

I know, I've felt the same way. I don't know what your beliefs are, but I've always turned to God when I felt like that. He's helped me get through SO much I couldn't have gotten through on my own.

I am happy you got through, and my beliefs are just as mixed up as I am. but know that although god may have given you a soul, your parents may have given birth to you, but YOU made you who YOU are. YOU are strong.
