I have always been one to take ownership and responsibility for all mistakes I make or the actions I have taken. I never thought that pointing fingers or blaming others ever helped me to learn from what went wrong and only made the issue bigger then it needed to be. So moral of this story and mine is suck it up or man up or what ever works for you but toughen up it will not kill you to say it is your fault!!
