Many people take my opinion on things, whether professional matters or personal ones, some are also a lot older than me, makes me feel very flattered and valued, but at the same time, makes me wonder; why! For I know I am genuinely a complete idiot 😂😅

It could be the Dunning-Kruger effect. The cognitive bias where less intelligent people think they are more able than they are, and more intelligent people underestimate their ability. Perhaps you're underestimating because you are intelligent.
