Macrogenitosomia is absolutely the most bullshitted term on the internet, imo. Followed closely by "macrophallus". Macrogenitosomia does not result in excessively overdeveloped genitalia; in a clinical sense it simply is early development of secondary sexual characteristics in males, more often than not, while children who suffer from it will present with enlarged genitalia and muscle mass in comparison to their peers, due to the sudden burst effect, they often stop growing prematurely, and never reach their expected sizes.
