I Am Bored

It’s very intereting, just focus and you’ll ace the class :)

I feel like that with most things. But I'm a hypocrite, I believe that we are only bored by subjects whose application to the real world, we fail to understand.

The key difference between people then, is what they consider to be the real world. I define it by fundamentalism, the more a subject attempts to encapsulate the true nature of reality; the more important it is to me. Physics, philosophy, computer science and mathematics are my favourite subjects and I (unlike a fair number of people) absolutely love them.

American history would be mildly interesting, in the context of understanding the evolution of global society, and indeed the universe as a whole. It aids me in understanding why the present is as it is, and where we might be in the future. We can only determine a purpose for humanity based on knowledge of the past.

So it's a necessary subject to me, even if not a particularly interesting one.

For its relatively short history its actually quite interesting
