I Love My Son

So he got out of the hospital because he wasn't as delusional as when he came in and thankfully an emergency mental health/addiction services organization picked him up and took him to their treatment center. This is good for now but not for long. The program is only 3-5 days at this place and then the person after being evaluated is then referred to the next place. My son has state health care so he is not covered in the state he is now. I don't have the money to get him back to the our state where he is covered by insurance.
He's been very cooperative so far but I don't know how long it will last. He's already talking about walking towards home. Says it would feel more productive than just sitting where he is now.
I'm having trouble trying to figure out how much to help him and with what. He is 18 years old and he got himself to where he is now. Should I be trying like crazy to figure out how to get him back to Oregon from Arizona? Should I being trying to figure out his health insurance coverage and an inpatient treatment center for him?
Then I wonder if I go to all these lengths for him, will he even stay in treatment? I don't have the money for travel or to get him private health insurance so he is covered in Arizona and doesn't have a 3-6 month wait for a spot in inpatient treatment. I would have to ask family and/or friends for help and no one will help if it looks to them like a pointless cause.
