I Love the Smell of Coffee While Its Brewing

I am enjoying a homemade cappuccino with hazelnut syrup in this beautiful new Dala horse (a brightly-colored Swedish toy in the shape of a horse!) mug that I purchased in a Nordic shop while visiting the U.S. Northwoods region.

I absolutely love this cup’s design, and after my first sip, I loved it! 💖 ☕ 🤗

How did you get started drinking coffee???

@eftelingrose I like most types of tea. Green tea is good in the mornings and black tea in the afternoon. It is over 90 degrees here and I cant see how anyone can drink coffee or tea in this heat.

@TimSummers Yes, most teas are great! :) I have to admit that I have a hard time with brewed green tea most of the time, but I love green tea lattes made with matcha powder, and also chai tea lattes; chai being a spicy black tea, and with it is made into a latte with milk, which makes the chai sweeter and more creamy! :)

Well, I have heard that drinking something hot cools you down faster than something cold; however, I don't know how much I was personally trust into this, myself! Still, I think that people can still drink something hot in this kind of weather, as maybe they spend a lot of their time indoors with AC, for instance, and so they are shielded from the elements. As long as people are physically comfortable, they can't really go wrong with the temperature of their beverage! However, you can still have iced tea or iced coffee if the hot versions won't do! Please take care. :)

@eftelingrose I do love a good chai tea especially when it is cold outside.

I still make hot tea and pour it over ice when the weather is really warm outside. I agree with you that drinking coffee indoors maybe because the AC is on so having a little something hot keeps you comfortable. I normally run a little warm so ice tea during the summer really hits the spot! 😋
