Kindness is the best gift you can give someone else, it might be cliché but it is a fundamental truth! With the Covid19 pandemic still so vicious kindness is even more important!

I couldn't agree more. I often find myself thinking about how much this is needed. I too am needing a constant reminder of this in my thoughts and behaviours too. I am not impervious go falling short of this attribute.
