I Get Tired Of All The Political Propaganda

The Elephant In The Room...
<b>"Elephant in the room"</b> is an English metaphorical idiom for an obvious truth that is either being ignored or going unaddressed. The idiomatic ex<x>pression also applies to an obvious problem or risk no one wants to discuss.
It is ba<x>sed on the idea that an elephant in a room would be impossible to overlook; thus, people in the room who pretend the elephant is not there have chosen to avoid dealing with the looming big issue.

The government isn't interested in actually fixing the issues that are the problems in the nation, they are only really interested in what benefits them. They are rich to begin with, they get millions of dollars annually and spend it on lavish dinners at 5000.00.  They really could care less what John Doe public has to say about thing or how their views are on it, much less how it affects them.  So hence they pass the bill or law to make it better for themselves not for the public in general.

It is far more profitable to the government to put butterfly band-aids on tumors then to fix the real problems.

The ironic thing is that the people voted these rich money hogs in with a wish and empty promise that things change under their term or rule.

Thing is nobody said it was for the better....

Who knows maybe it will take riots in the streets of Washington DC and the capitols of the World for real change to get done.  Thus far doing things their way doesn't seem to work...
