I Nearly Died

I havnt been on line for the past month as something happened I cant remember and have just come home from hospital .I was in a comma for a week and 3 weeks recovery.I know my heart failed and now on loads of tablets to keep me alive .Still very ill and my heart isn't pumping fast enough .I have been told I might recover but may not we will just have to see as time goes on .I have cardiomyopathy.
