some people live for arguing,they start on anything anywhere.This quote gives a boost for them since it comments on them.I can't stop laughing thinking on someone i know who fits best for this.

Ironically enough, This story/quote was actually born as a comment I left on someone's story about 20 minutes ago - someone who was congratulating themselves on "winning" an argument with someone on Facebook, and you could just tell that she was 100% about winning the argument at any cost.

Very true. Some people are sure of their beliefs because they refuse to question them - because to them winning is more important than knowing - but other people are sure of their beliefs because those beliefs have stood the test of time and survived being genuinely questioned and examined from both sides of the issue.
