I do. I try to be a good Christian

I'm just not good at talking to people about God and leading them to christ. That's just not my strength. I just try to love and serve people. Sometimes I feel like I'm not doing enough. I try to respect peoples opinions even though I may not agree with their beliefs.

Firstly, there is no such thing as a "Good" christian, mankind is a fallen race, with a sinful nature that is deceitful above all things.

We are all sinners, and with the "pass mark" being 100% perfection, no matter how holy we may think we are, all fall miserably short of His standard of perfection.

It is only in in the eternal propitiatory sacrifice of Jesus Christ, who is simultaneously both God and Man, where God truly demonstrates his mercy on our wretched species of sinners and liars. Without this, we have no hope at all and can do nothing in our own strength.

What is truly amazing is that the Lord God offers this salvation to humanity as a free gift, which most chose not to accept. So long as you are contrite of heart, truly repentant and have trust in Christ alone, you are invited to the great banquet, as part of the Church, called the Wife of Christ.

God Bless you all,

When we claim to be a Christian we put ourselves under scrutiny. Many times in my past I got "and you call yourself a Christian". We get it wrong so many times but like you I try my best to love and serve people. We serve a God who understands us and accepts us for who we are and if we truly repent He gives us a fresh start again and again. If the Church was a place for saints then there would be no place for me in it!
