Actually and factually, you can't. The evidence supports that the problems, including mass shootings in the USA are done by the conservatives who are nearly all republicans. @stratosranger

Boehner says this innocuous (yes, sarcasm) statement:

Who is he to determine that?
A Supreme Court Justice or Chief Justice who REFUSED TO HEAR cases brought to them?

I can say that "There is NO credible evidence to support Biden's repeated allegations that there is Covid pandemic". And I would be more accurate and actually have the evidence to show my case; whereas Boehner, whom I once admired has written a book. He lives in a cozy condo in Florida and is bad mouthing his "fellow republicans". Looks like 💩, smells like 💩, I believe it is 💩.
But go ahead and gloat and take his side. Sure. No one cares.
