I Love My Stepmom
Yesterday my step mum took me out for lunch as it's half term. We chatted away and as she was talking quite freely I asked her whether she'd have liked kids f her own. "Of course," she said, "But it hasn't happened."
"So you're lumbered with me?" I asked
"Yes," she said. " but I wouldn't be without you for the world ."
"Even though I'm naughty?" I said.
" oh yes ," she said in her American drawl. " but that is part of the package. I can deal with you being naughty. But I couldn't deal with being without you !"
Oh I do love the woman! God bless America for my stepmum!
