I Feel Alone Even When I'm Not

Its odd because sometimes I feel like I try to reach out to people and grab their hand but from my touch they look back and shudder. It is those looks that keep me at bay, Even when I am around people the fear that envelops me is unreal sometimes. Makes it so that I want to run out a room but I don't want to move because I don't want to attract too much attention. reaching out to people is hard because they are always coming and going but there is not one person or even one thing that stays the same i feel but me...
