I Love Poetry

Just another poetic verse....
(its a continuation I wrote to someone else's poem)

I know not what I do;
So rather than sit here and wait for you,
Id rather walk my own way,
Go forth and fulfill my dreams today!

My happiness used to be a place 'where you are'...
Because in my Universe - you were the only light giving Star!
A girlfriend revealed that 'my Happiness is in my own mind',
So why seek you in places, where love is hard to find?

I was your lover and also you best friend...
Sadly our relationship has come to an end.
Living without you is a big Challenge!
You shall I avenge, by Living well...
Because Living Well Is indeed The Best Revenge...

God forgive us both,
but what I'm about to say gives me lumps in my throat;
I love you still,
I always will...

But I need to move on....
maybe we'll cross paths again,
In other lifetime...
