I Keep a Gratitude Journal

In relationship with the doctor mentioned in my previous posts. Learning to get along with people who are very different.
---------------------------------------
Went to office to get all the digital files I need yesterday and working at home today and the rest of the week. Hopefully could work at home until the plague dies down. 2 suspected cases occurred at the other 2 adjacent blocks of my office within an hour when I was there yesterday.

Boring, annoying work as usual. Changing my attitude towards things I dislike by thinking that they are playful. For examples, explaining something to others could be interesting, writing with beautiful/ right words could be interesting, using brain could be interesting, etc. regardless of what the topic is.

..sounds more like you’re taking notes than being grateful for what you have lol.. it’s fine to take notes and it’s good to keep an open heart to new ideas 🙂 Based off what you wrote I think you’re on the start of a great path

@MissNoahLenFoxx I did start writing a standard gratitude journal here years ago, to fight depression. You can find the earliest posts in this group written by me. Over the past few years almost all posts in this group have been written by me. And I have used here as my diary. I have also evolved to write more details, new / good ways to handle problems are things I am grateful for and worth remembering more.
