I Keep a Gratitude Journal
1. Celebrated my brother's birthday with family last night. The cake was delicious, and we took a good family selfie.
2. Finished reading a finance book borrowed from my best friend on Wednesday; wrote a summary of it and returned it to my friend yesterday.
3. Start reading a self help book today. Feeling insecure, lost and slightly depressed recently. The self help book helps.
4. Called a staff in another organisation for his colleague's contact; the guy had nice manner. To my surprise this phone call was easier than I had imagined; because last week when i called, he suggested that I write a letter to the headquarters (directing to no responsible staff in particular).
5. Drew up a new scheme for a project yesterday. Not very good design but it showed a different direction to go.
6. Skipped going to a staff event during lunch time today. Feeling low whenever I attend these events with no one familiar.
