I Keep a Gratitude Journal
Gratitude summary for last week:
1. Got my work appraisal done. My boss said I was diligent and clever but did not have enough experience. I have not figured out how to improve yet.
2. Accompanied my brother to see the doctor with my mother. The doctor no longer required my brother to take a tablet that has been causing him lots of side effects these years.
3. Slight tooth decay at an upper wisdom tooth fixed.
4. Friends living in Utrecht were safe.
5. Helped my mother filled in forms for compensation for injury at work from the labour department for 2.5 hours, because my mother has so many doctors' visits that took more than 2 A4 pages to fill in.
6. Tried using Google sheets.
