I Keep a Gratitude Journal

2 days ago I wrote about the thought to trust the city I am living in, trust that I could sustain myself living here just like everyone else.

This morning, I thought the right way is to believe that I could adapt to circumstantial changes and live on well.

It is never easy to leave a place, particularly if it means uprooting everything and starting over. It is usually easier to choose the path of least resistance. Having said that, it is also true that people are usually more resilient than they think they are.
I think the problem with Asian cities is the relentless rush and the crazy pace of life. I know I will never be able to feel at home in such an environment.

Believing you are a survivor is at least half the battle when fighting fear and depression.
