Wise words from a colleague who retired yesterday:
A small cow was chasing its own tail, busy and exhausted. A big cow asked why it was doing that, the small cow told the big cow that someone told it if it could reached its tail, it could be blessed.
The big cow told the small cow, that its tail, thus the blessing, was following the small cow itself all along. There was no need to force and chase.
