@swl2jo that is so sad... empowerment comes from lifting others up not beating them down... I mostly keep to myself as my skin is not very thick, but that makes for a lonely life...

thankfully i've made quite a few friends here that share common interests. 90% of the comments on my stories are positive. we just have to ignore the negative ones.

@Peaches I agree with you... EP wasn’t pleasant in the end... but I have fond memories of the earlier days... thank you for your kind advice, that is something I have been struggling with lately...

Awww thanks @nudydude! You’re pretty nice yourself... I think everyone should be treated fairly whether they come here seeking support, friendship or even to explore a fantasy life... we can all learn from listening to opinions which differ from our own... if others don’t like it they can block or ignore but the bullying and harassment that I have watched become more and more commonplace over the last few years isn’t acceptable... when I joined EP many years ago it was, for most, a caring supportive place... yes, there were trolls, but they were quickly dealt with by the members and the admin... we act like we are becoming more sensitive and tolerant as a society yet in reality the opposite appears to be true... the hate and apathy in this world is terrifying... keep being the special person you are... big hugs ☮
