I Need Someone to Talk to

I'm not feeling too good right now.
It all started last night right before midnight.
My bro lives in cali and called mom screaming saying his gf called the cops on him and he won't give back her car keys so can go home. Idk if the police part was real but I overheard her saying he ripped her dress.
After almost 30 minutes of telling him over the phone just let her go home, if she doesn't wanna speak to u anymore why are u so hung up on it, and give her back her car keys, he finally did it.
I haven't heard from him all day today. Today is his bday and I'm afraid to text or call to wish him a happy bday. He has an anger problem and I'm scared he will call again screaming.
He's supposed to come visit us this coming Thurs and stay for 3 nights but with all that happened, I don't want him to come. He's violent, he's got a rage issue, and he's hit me and my mom before. I'm afraid he may do it again if he comes here.
I don't know what to do. I don't want him to think I don't love him but if I text him he may think it's an opportunity to harass us again in the middle of the night.
I did not eat. I am not happy today and it's very obvious to everyone.
I just need someone to tell me if it'll be ok or not. I'm scared.
