My husband bought me a 10ft cord a while back for my phone it works great but the port won't stay in the phone. I keep trying to bend it back it still won't stay in it comes loose very easily. I'm trying not to bend it back so hard to where I won't break it. Also sometimes it says " your phone is charging slowly please use the regular charger " There a way I can fix this ?
When it says charging slowly flip the charger over. If it's bent buy a new charger. I have an LG phone and I found Samsung chargers are the best. Also if your phone is wireless charging comparable I would go with that.
Well take a flash light on see inside the port hole you might have dust build up well lit because you put the phone in your pocket lit could get inside i know this because it happens to my phone. To take out the lit take a paper clip straighten it and take out the lit .
