Suffering Through 'Unconscious Bias' Training... [I Lol]

Lol there was this unconscious bias training video and it's a joke. They pose a fake scenario of two black people exchanging papers outside of an office and it's made to look like a drug deal but the guy is really talking about going to the dry cleaners. They made one guy look really dirty and the office person look like he's helping the guy somehow.

Which honestly, one can say it may not be a drug deal but it's a super bad example to use and misleading, thus my issue with unconscious bias training. They are right to a point, you want to reserve judgement but my main problem with this is that for one, I've spent time in the streets for a very long time, in real life that most certainly would be a drug deal, I don't care if you want to tell me that I have a bias.

This is exactly my criticism of liberals is that they fight for the working class, higher poverty people but they don't understand certain things because most of them have ventured house to house to do activist work but they haven't like.. been there and done that 🤷‍♀️

Thus my issue with unconscious bias training.... when you see this in the streets, it almost is what it looks like lmao.

Makes you wonder why they even included the shoving in the last video, maybe it's to get rid of the bias that the white person is biased

@Jackaloftheazuresand I don't think they made the white woman look like the good guy intentionally lol. I think it's just a flaw or bad writing.

If a kid shoved me like that I'd hit him in his face. No bias there, I'd do it to someone of any color lol.
We are always going to make judgments about people and their behavior. But I guess bringing to light is beneficial.
