I have one friend left (irl)... she is a friend I've known 25 years, yet she is kind of a superficial 'friend'. The other friends I've drifted from. She only gives when she wants, can be bossy, manipulative :( She is fun on other nights too, but I don't hang outmuch w/her b/c of those other qualities. It would be so SO nice to have a TRUE friend, one in which you can count on, and they on me. I know how you feel 馃尭

@Coralmist Yeah, I know exactly what's that like, when you have a childhood friend and you just keep on seeing them, despite them being an egocentric a-hole, just because it would be so unfortunate to lose a friendship that lasted for so long.
